Furthermore, every person may see a particular color differently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color of the product you receive is exactly what you expected.
Our product pictures are taken in a controlled lighting environment. The pictures are then edited in an image editing software for small touch ups such as whitening the background and making it online compatible while preserving the color of the product as real as possible.
We offer a 30 day hassle free return policy. To be eligible for a return, all we will require is pictures of the product you received and order id. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will also accept returns if your item has a manufacturing defect such as broken zipper, missing seams or materials before 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you may or may not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your reasoning before returning the item. We will not cover and not be responsible for normal wear and tear, neglects, or accidents caused by the buyer. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be refundable under cases where the item was purchased within 30 days and was our fault. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The amount refunded will be under the discretion of our return department.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please email us if you would like an exchange. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We will provide an exchange if the item is defected or damaged within 14 days of purchase. We require pictures of the issue as proof within 14 days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
We will ship your items primarily through the United States Postal Service USPS with Priority mail or first class mail. Delivery should be within 2 to 3 business days but is not guaranteed as it is up to the post office.
The post office may experience delays or misplace your package in rare occasions. These occasions may include but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather conditions, or cases of theft. If the item is misplaced, lost, or stolen during transit at the possession of the deliverer, we will contact the deliverer who is responsible and make a claim. If the tracking information shows that your item has been delivered, please contact your local post office first.
